Heyward is the founding and managing partner of our firm, bringing over 20 years of legal experience to the table. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 1993 before pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he graduated in 1998. Admitted to the North Carolina Bar that same year, Heyward quickly established himself as a trusted and knowledgeable attorney in a variety of legal matters.
